Will I have the opportunity to review a prototype before placing a large order for plush toys?

Once you have approved your quote, you will be assigned a Project Manager who will assist you in creating a prototype sample of your custom plush toy design using photos. You will have the chance to review and make revisions to the prototype photos until you are satisfied. Once you have given final approval to the prototype photos, you can proceed to order a physical sample. Typically, clients go through 2 to 4 rounds of revisions before approving a prototype via photos.

What sizes of plush toys do you offer?

We provide a range of sizes for custom-made plush toys, ranging from 4" to 24". Please note that for more intricate designs, smaller sizes may not be able to replicate as much detail. Most clients prefer a minimum size of 5", while the 9" and 12" sizes are the most popular choices.

What is the minimum quantity for bulk orders?

Our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per design, with price breaks starting at 1000 pieces. More significant price breaks are available at 5000 pieces and 10000 pieces. Thanks to our strong partnerships with manufacturing factories, we have been able to negotiate lower minimums. This allows us to cater to small teams, businesses, as well as larger corporations who may want to place a smaller initial order as a "test run" before committing to a larger bulk order of plush toys.
